The truth is a bit late coming out, but if you are one of the millions who avoid sunlight or wear sunscreen,
you
stand a very good chance of killing yourself. The following information
is going to change everything you know about and every way you look at
your health. Millions before you died because of the
proliferation of a false idea propagated by shrewd advertising and
faulty studies funded by sunscreen manufacturers over several
decades. This information may save your life.
This is not
information being spread by unaccredited health "professionals".
This information is the result of a magnitude of studies done by a
multitude of accredited health professionals and
organizations. Why early studies were not examined better, why
information from valid studies was hidden, and why new studies have
been initiated after decades of malaise is beyond the scope of this
report. Money has a way of tainting results even when the public
is endangered.
We can not always blame doctors who act
in good faith. They have mountains of information that they need
to keep up with and cannot read each study that is made. They do
not always have access to the means to conduct their own research if
they doubt information they are taught. They must trust
those at the top of the chain of command to ask the appropriate
questions and make the right choices when approving information to be
given to doctors who make their care choices according to what they are
taught. Doctors must trust the individuals in charge to act in
the best interest of the public health rather than those of hospital,
insurance, and manufacturing moguls.
When it came to the issue
of sunshine and sunblocks, someone dropped the ball. As the
public health decline has become serious enough to trigger red flashing
lights, however, someone started asking the right questions and new
studies were initiated. The truth has come forth. It is a truth
that will greatly harm some manufacturer's profits. It is a truth
that can cause a trillion dollar or more difference in the health
industry - a difference in YOUR favor.
What is this world changing truth?
SUNSHINE IS VITAL FOR YOUR HEALTH.
Study
after study is proving that lack of sunshine actually causes a myriad
of vile health dysfunctions, including the very cancers that the public
was led to believe were caused by exposure to sunlight. Put lack
of sunshine together with all of the UVB blocking agents and toxic
ingredients in sunscreen and you have a formula for disease, virus, and
death.
Vitamin D deficiency is now pandemic,
linked to an estimated one million deaths per year. Decades
of advertising by sunscreen manufacturers is compounding the problem by
enticing people to slap on large doses of carcinogenics while depriving
their systems of cancer and disease fighting Vitamin D from direct
sunshine. The results are devastating. The UVB rays from
sunshine are the source of vitamin D3. This vitamin is crucial to
our health and a lack of it is being found to be the trigger for many
diseases and illnesses.
Until recently our ONLY source
of vitamin D3 was the sun. All vitamin D supplements were vitamin
D2 until just a year or two ago. Research has revealed that
vitamin D2 is only 10 to 30% as effective as vitamin D3 and a way to
manufacture vitamin D3 was sought in response to the increasing
incidences of illness resulting from the lack of it.
Sunscreens block the UVB rays which provide us with this highly
necessary vitamin. While vitamin D supplements are becoming more
sophisticated and active, sunshine remains the ultimate health resource
that everyone should partake of -- and can do so free of
charge.
Overdose of Vitamin D from sunshine does
not occur. The vitamin itself acts upon effects of UVB rays in such a
way that overdose cannot happen. Overdose of Vitamin D from
supplements can occur, but it requires levels of 40,000 IU or over per
day for an extended period of time. It is unlikely that a person
could ingest this much D inadvertently. Although supplements are
being improved, sunshine is still the safest, surest, and most
reliable source of Vitamin D3, and it is FREE. The sun also has
other benefits to your health as well. Melatonin, for instance,
when taken in supplement form can cause problems with continued use,
but will not do so when gotten naturally from sunshine.
The
following list is only a partial list of information that has come to
light (pun intended) from studies on sunshine, and the Vitamin D3 it
provides. No valid study has ever been done that was able to
ascertain that sunshine is harmful to you. This fact leaves
a very big question of how converse information was allowed to be
spread.
Sunshine does not CAUSE melanoma. Recent studies
have shown that most of the people who get melanoma work inside or
otherwise avoid sunshine and the melanomas are most often occur on
parts of the body that receive no sunlight. It has been further
discovered that sunshine actually decreases the risk of dying from
melanoma and is of great aid in the survival of those already diagnosed
with melanoma.
Researchers are now finding links between
Vitamin D deficiencies in expectant mothers and subsequent autism in
their children. Sunshine is being found helpful in the treatment
of this disorder.
Sunshine is vital to fighting flu
viruses. These viruses are always present, but activate during
periods when populations are deprived of sunlight, such as during
winter and during long periods of rainy, overcast skies. This is why we
have "flu season" in Northern regions. Cells treated with 1,25D,
which is manufactured by the body from the Vitamin D in sunshine are
able to kill bacteria as well as viruses.
Sunshine
can prevent rickets. Vitamin D3 is vital to building bone,
regulating the flow of calcium through many organs.
Vitamin
D3 is a potent anticarcinogenic - that is, it acts against
cancer, it does NOT CAUSE it. It does so by arresting the growth of
cells with DNA damage as well as those which regulate cellular
self-detoxification and energy management. Cell damage caused by
over exposure to UVB rays (sunburn) can be controlled by the Vitamin D
the body produces from the rays. This doesn't mean it's good to
let yourself burn.
Vitamin D is necessary for the correct function of at least 1,000 genes including those involved in cellular defenses.
Sunshine
regulates immune system responses. While excessive exposure to UVB rays
can result in sunburn, and subsequently, inflammation, special enzyme
modifications of Vitamin D produce an anti-inflammatory
form which can have therapeutic effects on auto-immune
diseases. Thus, while we may swell a bit from sunburn, the
Vitamin D also regulates the damage. Again, this doesn't mean
that you want to let yourself get sunburns. Sunshine decreases
the risk of developing MS, Crohn's disease, and autoimmune diabetes and
alleviates symptoms in those who have these malaises.
Vitamin
D is essential to proper brain functioning. Brain cells contain
many vitamin D receptors - that should be a clue that the substance
belongs there.
Vitamin D is vital for muscle strength.
The
list goes on but I am sure you are getting the full picture by this
time. Because Vitamin D acts as a vitamin, a hormone, and a gene
regulator, whole syndromes with many symptoms can be caused and
aggravated by lack of this vital substance.
Skin is not just a
wrapper for you to decorate. It is your largest organ. It
is also an organ constructed with the ability to metabolize Vitamin D
for its immediate use. You can not do your body a better favor
than giving it unfiltered sunlight every day. Even if
your skin burns easily, you should get sunlight each day. Ten to
twenty minutes per day of sunshine is enough to give you the vital
Vitamin D your system needs to remain healthy. That is also
enough time for your body to produce melanin, the substance responsible
for tanning which further protects your body from harm from the sun's
radiation. If your skin burns easily you will want to limit your
exposure. Burning is not good for you.
Burning does
cause damage to your skin cells, and damage to cells is not
healthy. While exposure to sun is necessary, over-exposure should
be avoided. Vitamin D which you receive from sun exposure does
have the ability to help heal accidental burns. It would not be
wise to burn continually or badly, nevertheless. There is such a thing
as doing too much damage. You are not going to turn to leather or
get cancer just because you got a little pink once or twice, though.
If
you are black, hispanic, or of other darker skinned races it is harder
for you to metabolize Vitamin D than it is for white skinned people and
you will want to get more sunshine. Human beings originated in
warm climates near the equator where sunshine was prevalent year
round. As they migrated northward to areas where sunlight was
more scarce skin mutated to a lighter color which more easily
metabolized vitamin D. Blacks living in Northern longitudes
should pay close attention to getting enough sunshine to compensate for
this metabolism difference.
Research is now forthcoming which
shows that sunscreens are extremely damaging ways to control sun
exposure. They work against you in two ways. First, they
block your body's ability to absorb Vitamin D. Those who apply
sunscreen before going out in the sun are completely depriving their
bodies of one of its most vital nutrients. Sunscreens also
contain many chemicals that cause cancer and do other damage to your
skin and body. So by applying sunscreen you are not only
applying dangerous toxins to your skin, you are depriving yourself of
the very substance that would help your body work against those disease
causing toxins. Not a good idea for either looking or feeling
great. Researchers have found that incidences of many cancers
parallel the increasing trends to avoid sunshine and to use
sunscreen. Covering with clothing and getting out of direct light
before you burn is always a good idea. Avoiding the sun
completely or slathering yourself with toxic waste is not.
Another
reason many people are afraid of sunshine is that they wrongfully
believe that sunshine will make their skin old and leathery. If
you allow yourself to burn repeatedly, you can expect skin
damage. If you do not allow yourself to burn you will not suffer
aging effects from sunlight, however. If you are getting a lot of
sunlight and your skin is turning leathery, you might look at other
reasons for skin deterioration. Studies have linked a lack of
Omega 3 oils in the body to the development of leathery skin and harm
from sun exposure. Good nutrition giving your body the vitamins
and the omega 3 oils it needs has shown to keep even the most tanned
skin supple.
If you are already sickly, a daily dose of
sunshine will help in more ways than can be expressed within this small
introduction to sunlight. If you aren't sick yet, you can avoid
most illnesses by spending more time in the sunshine. Isn't it
wonderful that health can be that easy and inexpensive?
